Policies/Cancellations

Cancellations or changes, including cancellations of any part of a treatment with less than 24 hours notice or unattended appointments, will be charged as follows:

 

Less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

If you have made an appointment within 24 hours, please cancel it within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

Cancellations/postponements must be made by mail, they are not accepted via Instagram or Whatsapp
